Nexus Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By connecting or using Nexus through ChatGPT, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Nexus Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, disconnect the app from ChatGPT and stop using the service.

2. Service Description

Nexus is a workout and nutrition tracking service that operates as a ChatGPT app. It lets you log workouts, meals, body weight, view history, update entries, and connect with friends for shared progress.

Nexus is primarily accessed through ChatGPT and its MCP server. This website provides product, privacy, and terms information.

3. Eligibility

• You must have a valid ChatGPT account to use Nexus through ChatGPT.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You must authenticate through the Nexus OAuth sign-in flow.
• You represent that you meet these requirements when using Nexus.

4. Your Account and Data

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you log.
• You retain ownership of workout, nutrition, and body-weight data you enter.
• You can view history and update entries through Nexus tools in ChatGPT.
• You can request account and data deletion by emailing kushalsokke@gmail.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use Nexus to store sensitive data unrelated to fitness tracking, such as passwords, financial records, or medical records.
• Abuse friend features to harass, spam, or impersonate other users.
• Circumvent authentication, authorization, or rate limits.
• Use Nexus in a way that violates applicable law or OpenAI platform policies.

6. Fitness Disclaimer

Nexus is a data tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, dietary recommendations, fitness coaching, health diagnoses, or emergency services. Nutrition estimates may be approximate. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health, diet, or exercise decisions.

7. Friends and Shared Data

• Friend connections are created through friend codes and user action.
• Connected friends may view shared workout and nutrition entries.
• You are responsible for choosing who you connect with.
• You can remove friends to stop future shared access.

8. Availability

Nexus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service availability depends on ChatGPT, Google Cloud, Supabase, Cloudflare, and related infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Nexus service, including its code, design, and branding, are owned by the developer. You retain ownership of the fitness data you log through the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, health outcomes, or damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nexus is currently free, so total liability will not exceed $0.

11. Termination

You may stop using Nexus at any time by disconnecting it from ChatGPT. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. After disconnection, stored data remains until you request deletion.
